(TSXV: BAU) (FSE: 5WP) (“Blue Star” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has retained Mackie Research Corp. (“Mackie”) to provide market making services in accordance with TSXV policies. Mackie will trade the securities of the Company on the Venture Exchange for the purposes of maintaining an orderly market.
In consideration of the services provided by Mackie, the Company will pay Mackie a monthly cash fee of $6,000 for a minimum term of three months and renewable thereafter on a monthly basis. Blue Star and Mackie are unrelated and unaffiliated entities. Mackie will not receive shares or options as compensation. The capital used for market making will be provided by Mackie.
