WPC Resources Inc. (the “Company” or “WPC”) (TSX VENTURE:WPQ)(FRANKFURT:5WP) is pleased to provide an update in connection with its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Placement”) for gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000. WPC anticipates the Placement will close on or before March 22, 2016.
The Placement will consist of up to 30,000,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share (“Common Share”) in the capital of the Company and one half (1/2) non-transferable Common Share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each full Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Common Share of the Company for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the close of the Placement at an exercise price of $0.10.
